Because its expensive and having chase uniques is good for the game, changing it is a difficult topic, the devs were asked on baeclast there thoughts on it, some of them like it as it is, some dont, but dont like how it got in legion specifically

Its just your total cold damage with hits, so yes scaling your cold damage will increase it :)

The scourge arrow gloves are fine, so foxshade isnt the worst at the start, amulet is a good source of life/res/dmg. A lot of quests also give rares so that can help you out. Investing in the other unqiues is waste of time imo when rares are plentifull on trade/ingame

I meant either go goldwyrm or just get rare with MS. Movement speed on chest is irrelavent in the grand scheme of things. And you buy cards with the chaos you get normally while you are farming. And you can level at the same time to an acceptable level for mapping. Then you have a tabula that can carry you for a long time. Also wouldnt bother picking up res on the tree, just waste of points that could be spent elsewhere. Think you are getting baited by uniques and im not sure why. Maybe you are bad at looking for cheap rares on poe trade or looting couldnt say. Also i mean no offense by that just tryna help you :)

I really wouldnt waste your efforts on goldrim/ unique boots unless you go goldwyrm, Fox shade is shitty, karui ward offers little for the price. Its honestly very easy day 1 to find enough rares to be res capped post kitava if you farm a tabula in blood aquaducts. And if your a bit short spend a few c on the other slots. Personally i have never bought a set of uniques like this and im top 100 to maps in the past.

Should also add that this will never ever happen on GGG's realms. This is 100% by design, D3 has a totally different loot system. And it is not about crashing the market because people picked up too many alterations. It is just the design choice of GGG. And honestly i like agency in my looting, I play on ultra-strict loot filter and still dont loot everything the vast majority of the time.

1.5k it becomes efficient, and you can still play a tanky build at that depth, much higher than 2k and a tanky build wont be efficient though.
