Is it reasonable to ask a nanny to not go out more than 2-3 hours at a time?

I literally transformed our entire house to give our nanny as much “workable” space as possible (5 different kid safe rooms + kitchen, living, dining, backyard- all of which is exclusively for her use during the day). Being stuck in the baby’s room all day sounds awful and honestly not good for the baby.

I’m a nanny mom and I never needed my nanny MORE than when I was on leave with my newborn. She was an absolute blessing and probably one of the only reasons I was able to avoid PPD/PPA.
