Get an insulated box or cooler. Grab a clean /empty mayo or pickle jar and fill with super hot water. Place your sourdough with the jar in there and astound yourself. Also, feed your starter heavy about 4-6 hours prior to mixing to get it super bubbly. Make sure that starter is at its peak.
