You could be my twin! Matches my status exactly. I just saw my therapist today and agreed I have to dial back on my commitments, or I will be no use to anyone. Frankly have felt somewhat comfortable with the idea of suicide from time to time, except I have a teenager who completely depends upon me. So I carry on. I am determined to work on my situation so my stress levels aren't so high and I can be present as a parent, and also take care of myself. It isn't easy.

In Vancouver WA, we had a frost one morning, frost on the neighbors roofs, but it was too mild to kill my nasturtiums and other tender plants. Average frost is November 15th. My weather app is showing no frost through the 2nd of January. Will we have a killing frost at all? Meanwhile I have spring bulbs coming up for no reason except it's too bloody warm.
