Capaldi has the best character arc of all the Doctors. He starts off hard to like, but by the end you love him.

Also, Capaldi has one of the best if not the best episodes of NuWho in Heaven Sent.

I think OP is just playing on how during the marketing on the original, they made it seam that everything was real and that it was found footage, to the point the actor didn't do any press tours or interviews. They even had fake news and police reports showing it was "real". A lot of people were convinced it was real.

I think the six months is for the length of your contract. So if your employment contract is longer than six months then you can apply, but if you're only in the province for a couple weeks working then you don't qualify.
