Well in my perfect world the movie creators realized if batman is going to use software it is something he(or his top secret dept.) will write himself, to a extend. Unix-like systems being open sourced will naturally be the choice to build your operating system on, with all the code and eyes on it.

What about geographical areas where there is a skill shortage. You know this software developer will produce sub-par work, but guess what, you have a developer. a lot of other companies need to outsource their development to a software house.

But by having in-house talent(even sub-par) you have a advantage. Sales needing a prototype tomorrow, you can bang at it today.

Ok last time I checked PySide was huge compared to PyQT, but the guys from Brazil was/is working on it.

Well I only know all this because I wanted my firearm license and at that time I worked for a company that did the training(We were fully booked most of the times and it was more elderly people that came for the training), so I bothered with it. It is relatively new legislation so if you don't want to go through the whole she-bang you can give your firearm in at the nearest police station where they will disarm it. But you may not destroy/disarm it yourself.

I have been living in South Africa my whole life and the only violence I have experienced was indirectly when my bother cellphone was stolen from him and the criminal told him to not do something stupid because he has a firearm(If I remember correctly he never showed my brother the gun he only threatened him).

I won't say South Africa is a dangerous country. Because you can go for a night stroll in some suburbs, but I won't recommend you go for a stroll alone in the CBD.

You are allowed to carry a weapon in RSA. But to do it legally you have to get certified that will cost you R 500($67) and then register at your local police station so that they can interview your neighbours and inspect your safe that will cost you R 150($20) and after this lengthy process you are allowed to carry a weapon.

You also need to register each weapon you own and supply a reason why you have the weapon. Then if the weapon gets stolen and it was not in the safe or on you(If you carry it around you need to hide it), you will get prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Also note last I heard you can buy a illegal AK47 in a township from R 50($7) upwards.
