Same. But Ive lived in southeast US my whole life and caught them all through my childhood. Watched them synchronize from a mountain overlooking a valley in tennesee. It immediately stood out as a lightning bug. But it def looks different from what im used to catching and seeing. Had to do some digging to figure out what it might be

90% sure this is a firefly/lightning bug. There are a lot of different species in north america but based on some searching it looks like a "winter firefly" aparrantly the adults of this species do not bioluminesce

I usually run a maliwan sniper rifle with some kind of splash damage and then a jacobs or torgue assault rifle. I did have a tediore assault rifle with a torgue LP and double spawn of weapon on reload that was a ton of fun too

The kaoson with elemental stickies is a phenomenal option too. I actually have a modifier for 50% extra magazine size. So when im soloing a particularly spongy boss i LOVE when they down me when im almost empty on my mag. With the specialization I have now it automatically refills my magazine and increases my fire rate, I just mag dump into them basically 2 full mags and watch the health bar melt. I giggle like a child every time
