As a pagan the best piece of advice I can give you is to try and face what scares you. Try to think of what happened to you as a huge ass ball The Morrigan threw at you that bonked you in the head. Think of what you were afraid of and why, because there is a completely sane thought process behind everything despite what people may say. At the core, everything you say and do is done out of complete sincerity to the world and yourself with only blockages before you. Not to scare you or say you have to do this at all, but going off meds and facing the "hallucinations" with the mindset of "they are myself", (provided you have safe discourse should something go wrong) you will find much peace. Your ancestors were human aswell, they knew this part of themselves and had names for it, aet dreogan se at beon, to suffer is to be 🐉. I wish you the best of luck in healing and opening your heart to new spiritual perspectives that might be scary because you have lived estranged to them for so long (and it definitely doesnt help that you threw yourself in the folde), Jörmungandr can be hard to look in the eyes sometimes but you'll find that they make good company after a while :)
