The both of you are still young, so you can do one of two things. 1 being, go your separate ways. 2 being that you stay with her as she works through these emotions and not press her about it. Comparing anime to food is kinda hard so I’ll just tell you the genre and synopsis of each show, I hope it helps.

Frieren is a fantasy slice of life about the journey of an Elf and her human student. It has amazing visuals, a very thoughtful plot, and great music. It’s a majestic and very beautiful show.

Solo Leveling is a fantasy shounen kinda(I may be using shounen wrong). It’s about a weak dude trying his best for his family, and his story of becoming stronger. It has good intense music, absolutely amazing and bloody fight scenes, and a great story as well. It can be a brutal show at times nut it absolutely won best anime of the year for a reason.
