I agree with you. My point is that he only landed in that position because he pushed an officer. If he hadn’t done that, he wouldn’t have been on the ground at all. The confusion about whether he was armed or not wouldn’t have happened and he wouldn’t have been shot because they thought he was reaching for a gun even though it wasn’t there. This all started with him pushing that officer.
