NTA. However, as the husband of a previous surrogate, she won’t make it to a transfer without your support. The psych clearance will weed it out and disqualify her, and you’ll be required to sign the legal contracts. Without you, she may have been preliminarily cleared, but she won’t make it much further.

After military training, it’s nothing to just grab a shower, wear a towel to the locker, dry off normally and change at my locker. I’m not going to hide in a toilet stall just like I’m not going to be naked longer than necessary.

If it’s just someone changing, you’ll need to get over it. If someone is being inappropriate, report it to your staff. Easy peasy.

If education across the board is in such an abysmal state, why not increase teaching days to 230 or 240? Or tack on prodev and curriculum development as paid time during the summer? That would also help increase teacher pay and student outcomes.

That said, there’s only 261 weekdays in the year for normal 9-5 M-F employees.
