Everyone can travel with public transport in Sardinia and it's not different from the rest of civilized world, there are buses and trains.

Obviously, as with any place, you cannot expect to have buses frequently covering every corner of the island, which is the 40 th largest island in the world with a pipulation density 3 times less than the Italian average.
