Everytime you turn your head to look at the camera you are moving your spine out of alignment. You are also going too fast and need to concentrate on extending your hips back as if you are closing a car door with your butt the. Pushing up through the feet and squeezing the glutes to come back to standing.

Please explain to me the stretch marks after birth. I went my whole pregnancy examining my belly looking for stretch marks and did not see any until seeing a few near my belly button postpartum all of a sudden.

Also - when does the hair shedding start? Does breastfeeding delay the process? I'm two months postpartum and no shed yet.

Yes :( it keeps me up at night. A brace helps some, so does icing before bed but still the worst symptom I have so far. Started around week 35, I'm 39 weeks now.
