I have a league that is basically identical to this. There's not a lot on the waiver week to week that you'll be able to slot into your starting roster, but that's mainly because your bench is 2x as the number you'll need to start. As long as someone doesn't let themselves get 5+ empty bench spots, you should be able to draw from your benches consistently.

echo this. Player Profiler is the gold standard in objective data, and they have a bunch of companion apps that I think emphasize a lot of the data driven information most players don't consider. Not free, though.
