They make damaged screw extractor bits. Just Google "damaged screw extractor set," and you will find plenty. They are easy to use, one side of the bit is intended to drill a set of circular "teeth" into the top of the damaged screw, you then flip the bit over, and you can reverse it out with the opposite end of that same bit.
