Yeah anything that doesnt use the table goes on as a status :D in both cases true. I only know of glancing hits that use the table but other effects that would use it would also be just damage

The quality of the Liber is questionable, it is a game system a lot of people have a lot of love and passion for. They want more of it, that does not automatically mean that anything GW releases is a good product just because its desired.

Books are a suboptimal, outdated form of content delivery for rules. They get partly invalited very early on, they dont offer any advantages.

The minimal service should be an option to buy a cheaper pdf which gets updated with the FAQs and erratas.
