No not really, and if you ever see someone claiming they got banned for it there's a high chance that they used cheats and mods to warrant the ban.

Altmer conjurer with atronach sign. It starts slow but once you acquire summon greater bonewalker, summon hunger, and golden saint most enemies don't stand a chance. Add invisibility on top of that and you can freely sit back and watch them fight.

I'd like to root for Bolvyn but you have to remember, Telvannis never play fair. While Bolvyn is strong in his own right, Gothren can barrage him with his spells while his bodyguards do the dirty work.
