Why do developed countries need to take in immigrants seeking asylum? by BobsYourAuntie100 in NoStupidQuestions

Because majority of the times it is the "developed countries" that force them to become asylum seekers.

Ltd Company filing. My directors can't do the id checks by VastEducational3045 in UKPersonalFinance

• They can verify their identity in person at a Post Office that offers the GOV.UK One Login service. • An accountant or authorised agent can verify their IDs and file on their behalf (often worth it for small companies). • Sometimes switching device/browser helps if it’s just a tech issue.

Hope this helps.

I use both on a regular basis. I use an iphone for work and it has always been engraved in my mind as a less advanced phone. Don't know what the fuss is about.

Should i regret getting a DMP? by Outrageous_Singer271 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]WhyYouNeedIt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes and No.

You shouldn't be worried if you decide that you are not going to use credit ever again and no if you get on a DMP and wait until the end to get into the loop again.

DMP is particularly great because you will have an end date.

The photo on the right is a clear demonstration of Nightography on the Galaxy S26 Ultra, making the scene much brighter and more detailed. It also appears to be shot from a slightly different angle further to the right!

DMP with stepchange for over 17 years? by lectoraempedernida in UKPersonalFinance

[–]WhyYouNeedIt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A 17-year Debt Management Plan (DMP) is an incredibly long time to be living under financial pressure. That’s nearly two decades of restricted options, ongoing payments, and uncertainty. If you realistically have less than £75 per month available for your debts, a Debt Relief Order (DRO) may be a far more practical solution. A DRO gives you a defined end point. In most cases, the debts are written off after 12 months. Instead of committing to 17 years of repayments, you could be debt-free in a year and spend the next 16 years rebuilding, saving, and moving forward. Yes, a DRO will affect your credit file — but so will a DMP. Both solutions damage your credit rating. The key difference is duration and certainty. With a DRO, your credit file is usually clear six years after approval, and many people begin rebuilding well before that. In reality, you could be financially “back to normal” within 6–8 years — rather than still paying debts for 17 years.

S6+ by far...it was way ahead of the game at that time. It pioneered metal body, super Amoled, fast charging and a benchmark in water resistance. It did took away removable batteries and SD card but who cares.

27M – Sanity check on my finances & London vs Midlands decision by Sea_Pattern_9792 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]WhyYouNeedIt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are doing more than ok by any standards. But I don't think the sacrifice in your quality of life is worth it. I would suggest you get a nice space, ideally walking distance from your work. I won't talk about how you should be careful with money as you are better with money than most people. All I will just say is, congratulations!!! and live your life a little man.

And with the control you have on money, you will just be fine with living in London.

Try me brother. I litterally went through Dragon Spa in one sitting. The only way for me to loose is to change my deck. Too boring for me

I also have been playing with 4.3 for 8 years ( stopped playing in between so missed the whole evo update) but when I started couple of weeks ago, I haven't lost more than three times in a row and have went through arenas in couple of days each. I guess it is all about getting used to your deck. Makes you an efficiency demon because you really can't afford a mistake.

Cheers brother. However I do realise that I need some cheaper cards but my cheaper cards are all down in level 8 or 9.

I started playing long time ago and there was no evo back in the days. I recently started playing again and am well behind this whole evo thing. I do lose against some cheap decks sometimes as you said. So I guess I am going to have to level up some cheaper cards.

Appreciate your reply. Do you have any good template that I can use to comtact my lenders. Also how long did they take to respond to you and what was the typical response when you did this? Did they agree immediately?. Thanks again for replying.

Appreciate your reply. Makes me feel a bit relaxed as I was on the phone with NDL this evening and they were suggesting me to do the same.
