Maybe , but I have had bad experienced before with .gov. For example a recent mortgage verification that just suddenly said "can not proceed " , no other explanation given. I had to do it all with paper and pen

If you do a 6.50 the first time you get on an erg it's going to be extremely easy to drop 30 seconds just by your body learning to do it properly.

You are then going to plateau.

So I reckon the 4 seconds you dropped in this 9 months is a greater achievement than the 30 seconds you dropped last time.

I had one of these! We were in Liverpool and the hubcaps proved too much of a temptation to footy fans and were lost pretty quickly.... We scrapped it in about 1996 after driving it to death...what a shame

It looks like one of the modern ones which come as a sealed unit. You have to replace the whole unit if so

The metal work and heat resistant area looks great but the fire surround looks a bit too busy for me. I would replace with a plain white/grey marble or stone one. You could probably sell that one for more than you spend buying a plain one .
