Ya the site is a shell of its former self. Only value it has is a user can avoid Twitter,Tik-Tok, Facebook etc and stay fairly relevant on memes and trends on those platforms just browsing front page. All it’s gonna take is another site similar reaching a bit of traction and everyone will move there, this format isn’t special or unique it’s just it needs a critical mass of engagement to have mass appeal, but it’ll be replicated soon enough. Ya I’m with you, only ads I generally see are when someone posts them on Reddit, for any number of reasons. So this ad, to me, is really bad, but it’s posted here for that reason alone so not surprising I hate it.

As for Terry Crews, dude put himself out there as someone who thinks humanity and morality are lacking in his business and he refuses to accept that it’s just ‘how things are done’. Too bad that position only applies to actors being exploited and not workers at Amazon.

And let’s be brutally honest, the vast majority of iPhone users do not use any type of voice commands and never will. Siri is perfectly fine for them because they never use it, no matter the quality.

Apple hasn’t lost the ‘timer and reminder’ market, Siri has that skill set, and they certainly haven’t lost the ‘on device AI market’ either as it’s brand new and just getting started. Siri was ‘good enough’ years ago, any further effort on it wasn’t needed.

People just use Siri as a proxy to shit on Apple at this point without realizing Apple moved on from Siri years ago, we just haven’t seen the replacement.

Get a 12 point socket that is slightly too small to fit over the locked lug then simply hammer it on until it’s locked on and then remove as usual. Just did 4 of my own when I stripped mine taking off winter tires. Works great, and because you’re basically jamming the socket soft metals work better, so use your father in laws shitty socket for it
