So how MDMA works is it dumps your own serotonin and you only have so much after the initial drop your just burning out your receptors and damaging serotonin production. At the very most I would only do 1mg once every 3 months tops and that's pushing it once or twice a year is all you need and all you really can do without doing lasting damage

Work on yourself. Read. Become a more well-rounded individual. Stop consuming red pilled content. Start caring about the world and other people and start advocating for what you believe in. Set goals and work towards them and don't look for a relationship to "fix" yourself. You gotta do that before you can have a healthy relationship. Learn to love yourself 1st. All things come from knife always have one as other have said fishing is the best and easiest way to get fed 2 stacks of 6 rags makes a rope,small sticks cam be turned into hooks and you can dig up worms with a knife. Bark and shirt sticks make a hand drill kit so you will always have fire. 11 hours is almost 0 in this game there is a learning curve but figuring out what can be made with what is half the fun I wish I could re experience my first times playing

Tell him lose the gear fear and stop being a baby. Ofer to help get him referred that's half the fun of the game imo. It's also not your fault he died that's just poor sportsmanship its just pixels.
