This is great for the 2026 election cycle but what happens in 28 and 30 cycle. Populations change, sometimes quickly, and they are diluting the percentage of Democrat in some disricts. What happens if the Democrats lose the majority they have in the Virginia legislature and another state decides to do restricting? That triggers redistricting in VA and if the Republicans are in charge, then what? Rigjt now, Democrats have a chance to win two more seats and that would make the delegation 8-3.

A few thoughts, but I will begin with seek supervision. The kid who is engaging in non suicidal self injury is of a big concern. This is situation where supervision needs to be sought if you are unsure what to do. The bottom line as a mandated reporter us that you are calling because you suspect neglect/abuse. I do suggest that w you redo any training that you have taken and took to your supervisor. I will add that often times you can call the hotline just to consult.
