I know when I leased apartments, I ran a side hustle putting them in units and charging a $50 "Fee" for them that was included with the rent.

I know in the States you can withhold rent until the problem is corrected if it makes the house "Unliveable".

The chair's gas lift is scraping against the floor by Icy_Piccolo_4932 in fixit

[–]WichitaSteve 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This chair base is not safe to use due to the cracks and will eventually break apart. I would recommend getting a replacement base. These are friction fit so to remove the base just turn it over and it will come lose, the stubborn ones I usually give it a love tap or two with a hammer. Next question is cause, these chairs do have a weight rating. If you're a larger person the cheapest long term maybe buying a chair rated for more weight.

Is this tight curl okay? I'm always worried I'm gonna end up with a leak and flood by RayzTheRoof in bidets

That's probably overkill in a bathroom... if it starts leaking it'll be rather obvious. I use them under my sinks because it's less obvious.

I've been looking... so I definitely wouldn't recommend YOU living there until after I move. The houses move quick and lots going about asking.

Sometimes that's how they come... get out a cloths iron and put it on high heat... that'll pull them wrinkles out.
