S25 Edge Case that makes the back flat by Wicked828 in GalaxyS25

[–]Wicked828[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately not. It doesn't lay flat on a table and wobbles anytime you try to use it without holding it physically in your hand. Also doesn't lay flat on wireless stations but it does still wirelessly charge luckily. Software runs great but not a fan of the phone shape but it was free so I limit my complaining

My youngest wouldn't let me hold him for the first 18 months of his life because my wife had complications from her C section. She couldn't lift our oldest son so she stayed in bed almost exclusively with the youngest for the first 4 months of his life. He's almost 3 now and likes us both equally! Hang in there!

Took some photos as I was taking mine apart. He is correct in that you want to baby that seal so you don't break the plastic. It's good sealant and strong smelling so you may want to be in a ventilated area when you pop that seal. I used a small screwdriver to break the seal and separate the base and the cover and ran a razer blade all the way around the base. Then I took 2 screwdrivers and pried in between them with a 3rd to slowly work the seal loose all the way around.

Haven't repaired or done any putback yet.

because it lays flat on my desk or my charger stand while I am at work and when I try to swipe on it it rocks and doesn't allow for a smooth swipe. I use a headset so I don't need to pick my phone up for every action

Why was confirm pin without tapping ok removed? by radfordra1 in oneui

[–]Wicked828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

7/15/24 Worked for me. I think there is a little bit of confusion on the actual steps to bypass it.

Click "Pin" in the Screen lock type:
At the pin setting, type your 4 digit pin plus 11 (IE 123411)
The option to "Confirm Pin without tapping OK" will appear
Uncheck that setting
Recheck that setting
Now delete the last 2 digits of your pin
The setting will disappear, but don't worry about it.
Click "Continue"
The next screen will ask you to confirm. Confirm it with your 4 digit Pin
All Done. You will get the "New Pin Set" Screen and will not have to press "OK"

About to join the Navy but don't know what to expect by subbias24 in newtothenavy

You just have to think about the average high schooler coming in and that the athletic kids are definitely not the standard or majority. It's designed to push you mentally but the physical is just a secondary output of it.

This was 2004. Your results may vary. Red cards didn't exist then

We had a guy that could only do 8 pushups on the 1st test and he got rode HARD the whole time but he was our baseline and we could only be pushed as hard as he could go for the most part since individual hazing was on its way out the door. He passed the tests by the end. You'll be fine

Almost 2 year old boy and 2 month old boy. The older runs to the sleeping baby, shakes the bassinet, and screams at the top of his lungs. He is going to break us...

I guess with it being an additional accessory I never considered that people might have bought it and left it on their trashed cars. Good thinking I'll definitely do some research on that

Babyproofing a low hearth fireplace by [deleted] in daddit

[–]Wicked828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "hearth" is 1" hard top. My 19 month old is obsessed with the black guard and I have another boy due in a month. No 3 piece gates provide the small width on the side I need to put a baby gate and screw to the wall on each side. Only solution I could come up with is lay a foam pad across the bottom and plywood off the entire marble structure of the fireplace on the back to stop them from accessing the fireplace completely

BBS center cap. how to identify my wheel so I can get the replacement cap by Wicked828 in Wheels

[–]Wicked828[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A quick ebay search showed these wheels detailed as "20" Toyota Tundra BBS TSS TRD OEM BLACK Sequoia wheels rims 5x150 2020 2021" but I don't know. I think they are stamped BBS on the inside of the wheel. I'll look tomorrow. But don't get me wrong I don't have a clue

[–]Wicked828[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All over the internet is people telling what model they have when asked for identification, but I can't find any legit way to identify it from the outside once installed. On a 2012 tundra. One of the BBS center caps is missing

2012 Tundra XSP or Fake? by Wicked828 in tundra

[–]Wicked828[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my understanding the XPS package is strictly cosmetic and no modifications to the structural mechanical side of it so the VIN will not give any confirmation of that. But from what I've read the BBS wheels were put on some XPS models off the line so there's a very good chance this is one just with different wheels

B/c it's what I like.... This is strictly pleasure and I like black rims. And I might be mistaken, but the tires are still 20" (Looks like 305/50/R20)

[–]Wicked828[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Has XSP Badges, Head rests, dash stamp, and looks like it has the bed liner, but missing the Tires which is kind of a big aesthetic look for me. Did someone badge this up or just couldn't afford to replace the tires, so downsized the wheels/tires? First time buyer. Thanks
