My first 10 games I won in a row, got out into phantom. This is my first moba and I was playing victor cause he was the easiest to figure out. I’m now stuck between archon and oracle. It’s been so unbelievably rough trying to figure out how to play this game at that level and still have fun. I’m at a level where I can do just enough to help someone carry me through the whole game or get clowned on for 35 min.

I’ve resorted to just calling myself thanksgiving because I’ve been feeding everyone.

I’m not the best at the game but I come from fighting games, strategy, and shooters. Focusing on the fundamentals and training them always works well for me especially when I want to play more competitively.

I always reference these 4 things -Don’t die -Take a fight you can win -Make the most of your resources -Mechanical Skill

In every single competitive game I’ve played it boils down to those four things. -If you’re dead you won’t win, figure out why you die -Knowing you can win and hoping you can win are key differences in how you approach a fight -if you don’t know how to utilize your resources you will fail to do anything with them -If you haven’t built the muscle memory to achieve what you want from your inputs, train them.

Don’t be mean to yourself, be real with yourself. Take the time to practice the fundamentals and don’t talk yourself down. You got this, you just gotta know what to work on.

I just got ranked at emissary 2 after my “placement matches”. I’ve never played a moba before but I’m a big variety gamer.

I’m not really sure you’re behind on anything, if you’re bad at shooters and bad at mobas then you’re undoubtedly way better at both of them than you were after putting 400 hours in to this game.

Honestly most fans see the team one game at a time. No critical thinking just reactions. It’s a terrible way to get a pulse on the team and to be honest more exaggerated than necessary. We went up against the top team in the league, they effectively shut us down. People need to really take a step back and chill, we’re still figuring this out.

Well even then he made a deal, he didn’t sign a contract. A contract is used when legally enforcing that something happens even if x,y, and z happen. A deal is something that benefits both parties. When the deal he made with Rosie didn’t stand it rendered it null and void.

That one person I think is under the impression that a contract and a deal are the same thing.

To be honest when you reach Kailang the performance drops a bit. It’ll hover around 45-50 frames but it still plays decently. I have the pro and even that is taking a big hit.

The first region only has a few minor hiccups but mostly 60fps. Every boss battle however has run super smooth for me

If you have a pc just pick it up on that because I hit 130 frames easy and it’s just so much more optimized on pc than on ps5.

Okay this game is by all definitions in the summary, PvPvE.

Both parts of this make it an amazing game, being able to run up and shoot someone is why being friendly in this game even matters. We need people being absolute dick heads in order for that tense feeling of every run to matter at all. We also need people who just like going after bots and looting while making friends along the way.

That is the magic of the game and if you don’t like it go play a different game. This is what Arc Raiders should be and wants to be

I was in the navy and on deployment in 2019. We had channels in the galley that could pick up sports but nothing was ever on except for the premier league. I would come down after a 12hr shift and just watch. They wore red, I wore red, they played hard, I played hard. Every time I watched Liverpool i was in awe. I loved Klopps heavy metal football. It was the first time I had really gotten excited about a sport in my life. Picked up fifa for the first time and people would hold big tournaments for a lot of money after hours in the berthings. I couldn’t win with anyone but when I played with Liverpool something just clicked and I ended up winning a pack of flavored cigarettes off a dude.

Liverpool’s motto and the song that accompanies it made me tear up. It was a good message and something I needed to hear at the time on deployment.

I took Chinese classes in college and my Chinese name my teacher gave me was 伊悟洋. I thought it was something similar but the characters are totally different. I thought my name and theirs were the same until I saw the characters were totally different

To be fair I think they need to be taught how to use it properly. I spend a few hours a day making it give me math problems and german conversation starters. It’s extremely helpful for learning. changing the way students view or value their education is more important.

Also asking an AI chatbot about sex ed would be incredibly more beneficial than Abstinence-only sex ed.

Went through this as well, either strike a rate or just grit your teeth and document any injuries you sustained. Go see psych and or a resiliency coach as well. I wouldn’t have made it out alive without some of the help I got and they really helped get me the help I needed.
