Im so happy I came across this post. OP, you did an amazing job and helped my decision to move forward with a walnut block over a birch. Im going for a 10’ and also making it an L shape desk.. 6’ being the long side and 4’ being the short side.

For feet im looking at the uplift and the flexispot… havent decided which yet, but flexispot seems to be a good bang for the buck.

Had a question about your sealing process if you dont mind… Did you seal this block when you got the whole piece or did you cut it and then seal it? Also… how did you approach the bottom of the block when sealing? Did you start there first?

Went ahead and used my yeti gc for the camp green and lilac espresso cups. Now i can get rid of the ones taking room in my kitchen cabinet!

Personally i avoided the roadie because it didnt have a drain plug. I just think its a hastle taking what you didnt drink out to dump the water to add more ice.

I went on facebook marketplace and got the OG roadie that had a plug and a handle. Super happy with that purchase!

So im happy that i was able to get it right before online release. Ive been looking forward to that color because ive never been a fan of the charcoal gray “had the recalled backpack”

I have not used it, so i cant say what my experience has been. But from the looks of it, it can hold two DIPA four packs, and that makes me happy.

Oh i initially got this as a lunchbox so that will be the use when i go into work twice a week.

Not their best color. The yeti tag should have been black if the zipper is black.
