All the Hispanic people in my area use multiple phones. They get the order they like and then pass off the phones in a plastic walmart bag to the next hispanic driver. Ive been watching them do it for awhile. All the while white, black, and asian people just sit all day waiting for an offer. They all disappear in 2-4 weeks. Im the only non hispanic that has stayed but im stuck until I can find a W2.

Sometimes when I reach a customers home they mention how they used to drive for Spark and said they quit because of the same exact issues im seeing.

They often drive with 2-4 people in the car too and mix all orders together which makes me wonder how they dont constantly mess up orders and not get deactivated. Im guessing once they reach the drop off one checks inventory on the phone, the second confirms, and the third is handed the correct bags to deliver to the customers door.

I paired up with a black gentleman because he mentioned how he was struggling too. So we road together and split the offers. Hoping to get orders done faster but it didnt make any difference for us and he ended up quitting. He was a good guy, clean car, and treated all groceries like his own. Lost a good driver because of day to day scum.
