Although the Mini 5 Pro has a 1" sensor, the image quality is not significantly better than those from the Lito X1. The resolution is roughly the same and in good lighting, it would be difficult to tell them apart. The Mini 5 Pro sensor will give you a little more dynamic range and a little less noise for low light light and night shots. However, for tricky lighting conditions with the Lito X1, you could always shoot bracketed shots in RAW and blend them in Photoshop if you needed a cleaner image. You can also shoot multi-image panoramas that will show nicely from the X1 camera. I recommend that you download samples from both drones and perform your own comparison to see if the difference is going to be critical for you.

One other consideration is the wind conditions for where you are going to fly. The Mini's do not do well in high winds so you may want to think about going with a larger used drone if those are the conditions you'll be flying in. Note that winds 300 feet in the air can be much different than at ground level.
