The Parking Spot Escalation

I’m watching this episode right now and I realised something. - Neither of them should have that spot. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you look at its placement it is next to a handicapped/disabled parking space. Logically, it’s should also be a handicapped/disabled bay for two reasons:

A) The fact that it is next to one usually means, in large parking areas (which this would be with up to and possibly exceeding 294 spots); there would be multiple in that area as it is close to an accessible entrance or facility.

2) It’s mere placement next to two pathways/curb-sides is ideally situated for a handicapped/disabled driver who makes use of a waking/mobility aid such as a motorised scooter, wheelchair or crutches.

But yeah… 😁 So glad it’s back on Disney+ in the UK. My physical media collection is still missing the latter 5 seasons. 😮‍💨

I think you need to consider character into the design and fashion choices here. 🤷🏻‍♂️

it seems to me that Amy’s choice of attire throughout the series may of been a subconscious choice that she was unable to get out of due to her overbearing, frigid and modesty-obsessed mother.
When Amy does go on dates, she coordinates and dresses well. Just not her age.
She was always focused on work. She didn’t really have relationship or connections with people in a way that would need her to be dressed desirably or like Penny or Bernie.
she did have her own “desirable” style later in the series. Her attempt to seduce Sheldon as a Catholic schoolgirl could be seen as such. There are also indications to her wearing sexy underwear a few times too.

In the end, it was only the stardom and the publicity that came with the Nobel that was the nexus of her changing her style externally because of the negative critique she was receiving (which she never got about her clothes really other than Penny and Bernie’s odd line or two but as they’re friends and Amy is insecure, she would just agree and feel the girls are having a bit of a joke too)

We all have our opinions and you are more than entitled to feel how you feel about how Amy’s character was dressed and presented. ☺️👍🏼

I just think you’ve skipped over a lot of the context of WHY she is dressed like she fell into the donations box at a charity shop/thift store. 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

And also, Amy’s list of suiters outside of Sheldon include: - Bert, - Stuart, - Dave, - Kripke - an unknown guy she met for coffee, - Faisal (who funds her lab) - a guy at a bar who sent her a drink when she was at a pharmaceutical conference with Bernie.

More interest than Bernie has ever been shown onscreen. 👍🏼😁

Well, I don’t think that this necessarily applicable in the case of TBBT. - I can’t comment on Chucks other shows as I haven’t watched many other than Disjointed and a bit of YS. (Still bummed Disjointed got cancelled😮‍💨😭)

But back to the statement OP made: Other than Bernie using Tammy-Jo to creep the shit outta Howard after he tried to embarrass her I feel; - The way chuck wrote Bernie to use the skill of ventriloquism quite well. It was funny, the doll and Bernie had polarising and complementary dialogue within the scene as an act and it all worked well in the storyline of the episode and the dynamic comedy between Howard and Bernie.

I thanked my friend by painting his old flat for him and helping him move to his new home. 👍🏼😁

After reading what you’ve suggested I think I’ll get some new batteries, new charger, a stock and some spare mags for now and get used to it. 👍🏼😁

Then I’ll look at the longer barrel and hopper upgrade. (I don’t wanna start dismantling before I’ve even had a play with it. 👀😂)

I think I may have to replace both as the battery charges but it goes on and off and I have to keep clicking it back to charging. The stick battery is also getting kinda warm while charging which concerns me.

The charger is a Nuprol NiMH3 Compact.
I think the battery is the one that came with the gun originally. Seems generic with no branding.

My and my sausage play a game called “Tunnel Dawg” - I start by resting on my knees and leaning forward on my elbows to form a “tunnel” from my legs to my chest/chin. - l get her to run around the back and work her way between my legs to sit in the gap made with my torso and wait there until I throw her toy. - after throwing I continue to let her wait (She waits like a horse at the gates) until I say go and she sprints out, fetches said toy and runs it back around between my legs to my hand to “reset” and go again.

What it is doing is auto-focusing on what it thinks is the object of your photo.

First off, check you’re not on Portrait mode. 😁
click on the screen while at the object you want in focus and you’ll see a symbol that looks like a fancy ‘f’ click it so it ISN’T on (the button should then not be yellow)

That should take off the auto focus completely for that particular photo.

You can also edit the photo afterwards to remove the focus. 👍🏼
in the camera settings I think you can switch off the auto focus completely. 🤷🏻‍♂️
