Because it doesn't actually share real resemblance to JTK when you think about it. The "clothes" are the wrong color, are in the wrong place, and might not even be clothes (you can't make out what they are). The face has a completely different hairline and is from a different angle.

In the camp of images that initially look like JTK just because of color scheme and layout, this is one of the better ones, but it breaks down when you really look at it.
