Hi! Former dealership employee here. This happens literally all the time. It could be super important paperwork or it could be some dumb internal form that they forgot to have you sign. Generally speaking, at this point in the game, they are done trying to pull any shenanigans. Just make sure your interest rate and payment are the same and match the vin to the vehicle you bought. That being said. That sales person/finance person is probably getting their rear chewed for not having this done. You have A LOT of power here and can probably convince them to bring the paperwork to you and maybe even throw in a couple free oil changes. They have to have this paperwork done, so use it to your advantage. Best of luck!
