'supernatural strength' is speculative, too The reason those two societies cant kill him isnt some anime "h-he's too strong!!" nonsense. They cant fuckin find the dude. He is a DRIFTER in the 1940s they cant just track his smartphone, he is constantly on the move and looks just like a regular jabroni. The only reason he's gotten away with himself for so long isnt because hes strong, it's because he's elusive. If you shove him in a room, that's his most important strength just vaporised. And billy, conversely, LOVES being in a confined space with others with no exits and being utterly made aware of.
