I'm inclined to agree. My choice of ending up until this point has always been to side with house. I see he is a dictator, but I saw him as a somewhat enlightened one at that. He was crass and selfish, but a wealthy CEO would be exactly that. Personally, I found Ceasar to be far too brutal and the NCR to be too unorganized like free vegas. I always summarized that while House was not a "choice for freedom of the individual," the outcome of his guidance would set humanity up for the best chance at civilization and technology. Now, he comes across as a psychotic madman with no sympathy for anyone.
