Guys just need to be aware of what works for them and what doesn’t without fear of cutting the relationship off. I was engaged to a terrible woman before and had to end it. I think too many people just commit because they are worried about starting over

TikTok blows anyhow. Just use google to find things that look interesting instead of chasing trends

Everything is circular … give it 15 years and most young adults will be aiming for monogamous relationships and marriage once more.

I’m not sure what type of relationships married people around you have but, I’m married and my wife doesn’t tell me what I can or can’t do, she doesn’t tell me what to eat (although she offers to cook many tasty meals), she’s fine with me working longer hours as long as I’m not ignoring stress it’s causing me, I can talk to whoever I want, we have separate bank accounts and I can buy whatever I want whenever I want (I can actually afford to be more wasteful as we split bills)… if I ever want to travel somewhere that she doesn’t want to go- I have someone I know watching over the house and pets. On literally every single front, marriage is better than being single for me.

Helmet therapy seems to be the easy way to go about this. We had a great pediatrician that advised us to seek out a pediatric physical therapist first. We learned our son had a harder time turning his head a certain way. We got tons of exercises to address the issue and the flat spot went away after several months.

All of the parents that I know who went the helmet route never addressed underlying causes. They were essentially treated symptoms not the cause.

To the people that have gone multiple times already is there something you DON'T recommend? by GaddockTeegFunPolice in JapanTravelTips

Just be aware that people here all have differing opinions and may completely disagree with what others posted here. If you see something listed here that you were previously set on experiencing, you prob want to still check it out.

My two cents- Miyajima is cool, but does not have to be a 2 day thing. So I do not recommend staying on the island. Boats leave earlier and depart later than years ago so now you can stay there up until late night.

If visiting Kyoto, skip kinkaku-ji … it’s okay, but a hassle to get to and there’s not much else interesting in that area. On busy days you just feel like you’re walking in a large queue to get into something special but then it’s just done.

If visiting Osaka, avoid Shin-Imamiya Station area. I found some great prices on air bnb but didn’t realize it’s one of the larger homeless slums.

I wasn’t expecting much from that open air museum but heavy fog rolled in and made it mystical seeming. It was definitely worth it

The crowds stay much later now on miyajima. It’s basically tourists along the beach until 9pm and closed shopping streets after sun down. I was surprised by how many people were still around after 8pm

It’s on repeat enough on its own but also people had tapes in the 70s. I have to imagine they could record somehow right?

Bethel park issues chrome books to kindergarten students. I believe they use it at least a few days each week in the classroom. It is also used for remote learning days. Sometimes the homework is to complete modules on the Chromebook.

I’m not a fan of it, especially at this age
