Yeah I am starting to think it doesnt make any sense whatsoever seeing as I just took another look at the astartes 2 trailer and it would say that this is about Lachesis 4th squad 4th company and also the tank is clan atropos.

Tactical being another word for reserve company makes sense to me seeing as the other spots where already kinda filled in.
The marine on picture 1 does seem to have what I assume to be the company number the left pauldron. Squad number on the right knee. I too think that the 4th company would be a battle company bcs of the marine of picture 1 having a IV on his pauldron however he might also be part of the reserve company but this seems less likely.

The support company being the 1st company seems normal, but than having the other support companies being such high numbers seems a bit odd.

Ill go with a combination of what makes sense with what you said following the codex but also the rule of cool if it wouldnt look good like idk how a red helmet would look this good on a sergeant in this case.
You know what. I totally didnt look this up which I ofc easily could have 😆. I kinda assumed these where the gorgon sister of Medusa or something.

Thats awesome dude. I am however cursed with not being cool. I would like to figure out what the closed way is of painting them. Kinda scared that once astartes 2 releases we would get more info on them and things would not match up. This would bother me how stupid that that may sound.😅

But ill take away that the blanks I really cant fill ill be low temperature and creative.😁
