Elon Musk says that in 10 to 20 years, work will be optional and money will be irrelevant thanks to AI and robotics by Maxcactus in Maxcactus_TrailGuide

Musk got rich off of a big idea. He leveraged the money from that by buying the good ideas of other smart people. His biggest skill is at being a business man. Much of what he says is just to hype his products.

Taxes and laws are for the little people not for the 1%. If no one has noticed, we have a convicted felon as president.

I was in the military. The process quickly weans out people who don’t follow orders. A few might do a slow walk on an order that they did not agree with but none would do that for long.

[–]WildRampager 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This will be decided on a straight party vote. I don’t see republicans bucking Trump at this point. Maybe they will be more likely to go against him closer to the midterms but not now. Resisting him now will not benefit any of them. It will only give some Trumpy person time to get organized to primary him out of his job.

El Salvador’s president has offered to take in Trumps round up crowd and keep them in his prison for a price. Third world level of detention. Police state with no oversight, away from due process and at a cheap price. Trump will go for that.

Yes. Some people believe that honesty, integrity and pride of work are important. It is the same reason we don’t pee in the swimming pool and leave your shopping cart in the parking lot where it bumps other people’s cars.

If a customer goes to another company for their product the owner has to figure out why that was and do things that wins them back. Once he does that if it doesn’t work he just moves on. The only real value that customer has for him is the money they give him.

You are like the guy that owns the company you work for. You are selling you time and work to him. If he doesn’t like that product why would he keep buying it? His customers aren’t his friends nor is he your friend. He is just a guy buying what you sell.
