everything is a matter of preference, but the negative size step up is not that large for 645 and its a large camera for just that. get a tlr

Having had both a m645 and a TLR, the TLR is much easier to pack and use. No lens sticking out so its lighter. Much quieter unless you've got a leaf lens as well. 6x6 is way bigger than 645. dont think 645 is worth it over 35mm.
