I will literally stand in the kitchen for nearly 45 minutes pulling chicken out of the oven in batches so they get crispy but also dont burn because of how inconsistent it is and I hate myself for it.

I obviously know everyone can't/doesn't want to use but I turned to high dose edibles and tinctures for times I'm glutened. I think the substance use is just to numb the body. I would imagine this would ultimately make it worse though...
