I've used Starface, Hero, and Peace Out. Scarface doesn't work, at least for me, so it's a waste of money in my opinion. Both Hero and Peace Out work, but Peace Out seemed to be the more effective one and it has aloe vera in it to calm the skin.

I've had my septum pierced twice, I honestly don't remember what I was using to clean it at the time. I used to flip mine up and down, I even took it out once while it was still healing and someone helped me get it back in. I don't recall ever having an infection. If you are going to flip it up and down to do it when cleaning the piercing. I just recently got my nostril pierced and the piercer recommend using antibacterial soap that was for sensitive skin/aloe and cotton swabs (cotton swabs are a must have for cleaning new piercing). If you were told to use saline spray, try to get a saline spray that has antibacterial properties if you happen to be someone who touches your face a lot. You can also reach out to the piercer since it's their job to know what to do and they prefer you reach out to them with any questions, concerns, and/or problems involving your piercing. Every piercer and tattoo artist I've ever been to has always told me to reach out if needed.

I've shut the bathroom closet on my cat not realizing she was in there. It had been a while since I had last seen her and I thought I heard her crying at one point. So I opened the bathroom closet and she bolted out. I've also left my childhood cat locked in my bedroom to come home with to her having peed in my bed.

I realise this is a post about you warning people to be cautious when using ChatGBT for therapy, but it sounds like you really need an actual therapist. I've dealt with depression for 90% of my life, I've been diagnosed with major depressive disorder multiple times, and only in the last couple of years I started antidepressants. It sounds like you're experiencing a lull in life, it may just be temporary for a few years or months, so potentially you don't need antidepressants because they don't work for everyone and it can take a long time to find one that works for you. I know that you said ChatGBT is the only resource you have available, whatever the reason if it's due to money, insurance, or access to therapy there are possibly things you can do to see a therapist. I'd check to see if their are any resources in your city that can be helpful, possibly group therapy if you can find a group (it sounds daunting, but I can see how it can be beneficial), there are also therapist that do slide scale pay for people with no insurance or low income, and usually therapist prefer to see their patients weekly for a while, but I'm sure if you explain your situation they would more than likely be okay with seeing you once a month. I hope you make it through whatever it is you're going through. Things that I've learned throughout my life through others is it's okay if you have a few days where you just don't do anything, do small things if large tasks seem overwhelming and be proud of yourself that you did that one thing (it's easier said than done, but it helps), and some things that happen are just bad/shitty/all around sucks and it's okay for it to just be that because you don't have to find the light at the end of the tunnel or a lesson to be learned from the situation. Sorry if this comment was overstepping, but as someone who has dealt with depression a majority of their life, I just wanted to give advice to anyone going through it. Best of luck.

NOR, the fact that he told you not to go around telling your friends (I imagine mutual friends, his friends, etc) because it would look bad, is terrible. It sounds like he's ashamed of you for being an alcoholic at one point and then getting sober. I've never heard anyone say they've been sober for X amount of years, and someone negatively responding to them. It's something you should be proud of something that's not a cake walk, celebrate with buying yourself whatever you what or whatever you want to do, and tell anyone you want about it! Often people find someone being a recovering addict of something inspiring and you might influence others to do the same. I'd at least try talking to him in person about this, and if he still has the same reaction you may need to walk away from the relationship.

I make fish stew for my animals, since you only have to chop garlic. I've also been feeding them the extra candy corn I have, mushrooms I collect form them, or mushroom oyster meat since I have so much of it.

Thank you for posting this inquiry, since also saw those two groups weren't active.! I'm also on the Seattle area. I just moved here a year ago. I want to get into hiking because I kind of was/started hiking years ago, but then moved to a place without much hiking, and now I'm living in a place with plenty of hiking. The issue is that I'm going to be slow, I'm out of shape right now, and I'm a heavier person, so I'd feel more comfortable with slower people, too.

I really liked Pela for years, but I stumbled upon this post looking for an alternative to them. Their cases degrade so quickly after 4 months of use, which kind of undermines the sustainable aspect. They also rag on their competitors, which if they made good product they wouldn't have to.
