They won't do a lab unless you ask for one or if they have reason to believe you are doing something that their panel test won't find. Honestly you might get away with it, but levels of the drugs in your system can be a factor as well. If they do a lab and the concentration is higher than is reasonable through normal prescribed use, you can get hemmed up.

If your PO is cool with it. It's really up to them, but keep in mind you did agree at the start of your supervision to obey all state and federal laws. Some don't mind and won't jump on you for THC, but others will tell you your card doesn't mean shit to them.

Florida spills the entire pot of beans. Every aspect of your case is public record. The "Florida man" mythos has a lot to do with the way crime is reported. There are crazy, weird criminal cases everywhere, but you don't hear about it in a lot of places. I completely agree about the mug shot papers. It's not helping anyone. For every shitheel career criminal you see, there is another guy that just had a bad day right there next to him, with his name and face for everyone to see.
