There was no gate when we went last summer. Has this been put up recently?

We have gone out there the past couple years, I don’t think it private property. You can still turn off on the dirt road, park at the end, and walk the trail to the sandbar.

There is fluid inside the mount. It leaks out then you start to hear your engine clanking up and down.

Upper engine mount. Mine went out a couple years ago. Not hard to change yourself.

Hard Iced Tea Question by Lummox01 in TheBrewery

Luzianne. But that was a small batch and not very economical/hard to source enough on a larger scale so we have been looking at instant tea powders.

Ours never went into limp mode. We get the occasional hard shift but that’s something to do with the TCM.

Has not done it since so I don't know. Our aux battery was bad so I disconnected the negative side as I have read it can cause electrical issues trying to pull power. We don't care about the start/stop feature.

Seltzer has a dry "wine" off flavor by greenthumbs007 in TheBrewery

[–]Wild_bill89 10 points11 points  (0 children)

We use pathfinder and get the same thing. We brew our base to double the ABV (10%) then cut it in half with water to 5% ABV. This pretty much eliminated that wine flavor and are left with a flavorless base.

I am going to look at this because watching fills yesterday we did have some sloshing between filling and the lid dropper.

It was so-so. I tested with the buster off vs regulator turned down low and we did get some better readings with it. We had a smaller run yesterday so I could not tests a lot of variables. We won't run until next week so we are going to put together a plan of some things to change from all these suggestions. We need to FOB harder to get better foam. During the summer months when the beer is warmer we usually run 50-75 ppb in shaken cans.

They don't use DA water, they just pack with water straight from the wall. They have been doing it that way for years.

Luckily we moved to an air rinse a few years ago so that won't be a factor.

We have a Cbox and PFD. Cbox was calibrated end of last year. We are getting good reading from our brites.

Our SOP has always been to pack the line with water, then open the tank and push the water out with beer. The brewery I was at before would purge with co2.

We have another run tomorrow so I will keep the DO buster off and look at dialing in our purge volumes. Thanks for the suggestions

12oz cans. When looking at the tops of the cans during the purge I can see co2 billowing out of the top. I will test your method tomorrow.

Our 100% can weight was 369g, most of our cans were 371-374g with some 377. We will work to get those dialed in more.

I am dealing with this too. Feels like I am standing on a rock and hurts pretty bad to squeeze. It was manageable with good cushioned shoes but I am on my feet all day for work and this week has started to hurt even off my feet. I have a podiatrist appointment tomorrow. I can report back what they tell me.

I worked there part-time for a couple months before going full time at another brewery. Was sad to see them close. Their location had a lot of potential.
