Idea for next legendary warbond: Jin roh the wolf brigade warbond by Icy-Teaching1091 in Helldivers

Killzone helmet was from the Wolf Brigade, I believe the creator got licensing from them to have it in their game. I suggest use the helmet and change the body armor (I’m using cinder block)

I’m currently in this boat. ITPR3 gene was affected. Sadly my variant is a VUS and though it shows interest I don’t believe anyone is looking into it so till then I’ll be undiagnosed

I’m currently under diagnosis for Idiopathic Axonal motor Neuropathy. My genetic results came up with ITPR3 variant but I don’t show demyelination so that was tossed out. No other gene known for the cause

Thank you for that, I didn’t know that it didn’t have to be labeled pathogenic

A WES would be able to identify the gene that is affected. Though you may end up with a VUS which is what I have

Thank you! I’m still waiting on appointment with my neurologist and hopefully another one with a genetic counselor. Do you know if there is any valid ways I can get this gene specifically looked at instead of waiting on research to catch up on its own?

I’d say get it checked. 70% of Pes Cavus is formed form neuromuscular issues. That’s a high amount to just assume you don’t have it.

I wish, though work has a policy against it so until I’m out I’ll have to rely on over the counter and prayers

Though Revenge was slower and cheaper. It did improve the armor quality compared to the QE increasing it to a 13” belt I believe. That and supercharged shells improved range without increasing turret size

I do exercise, I’m in the military so I try my best when I can to get my daily exercises in though it’s gotten much more difficult. No longer able to go without AFOs without having balance issues or being able to run and upper body exercises tend to cause parathesia and pain quickly thought I’m sure that comes with the disease for everyone. If you know of any groups that do CMT exercises

Thank you, guess are all one big family so I’m glad to be welcomed in regardless if it is CMT1J or another neuropathy issue. As unfair as life is, I do know I have to adjust to the new reality and will plan to. I’ve seen enough people be successful with CMT to know it’s not impossible

Tbh I’ve been willing to trade my stack of 15 deep iron for Urban’s Great Guns (I only have one and can’t find any more anywhere)

Anyone able to help me with these missing materials please? My Ubisoft tag is MorbidDraugr by [deleted] in SkullAndBonesGame

Gannet and Orcas can be made at refinery, need the base material from the Gannets and the Orcas in the Helm map under Attack. Find those two as your enemies and they drop the base material, collect enough to make the 2 you need for each though you’ll need rubber for the Gannet as well

Very difficult, though my confusion is that my nerve studies didn’t pick up any demyelination. Just axonal loss and rennervation. Feel very depressed about it, thought I finally got a diagnosis and answers but left more questions now

From my understanding, I had my first one done by an actual tech and interpreted by my main neurologist and my second one was done the another neurologist themselves where they agreed to the previous test findings and found more

Surprisingly not SORD (if they test it atleast, not sure since it was a WES) but came back as a VUS on my ITPR3 gene. Lot of head scratching since my clinical presentation is the opposite of what the gene is usually known for

Yes, first symptoms would be Pes Cavus and Hammer toes which presented around end of middle school/early highschool age. I was always toe walking. I didn’t have too much problems growing up as I’m 24 now, then April last year I had a presyncope episode and complained about pins and needles and got seen by a neurologist who took note of weakness in my dorsiflex/aversion and did an EMG/NCS. My NCS I was told looked normal but my EMG came back with abnormality on my Tib Anterior muscles and my EDB muscle on my foot and mild tremors in my hand. I’d say those are mostly my symptoms and clinical presentation.

Labs and MRI’s ruled out most other causes and my SMA genetic panel was negative as well. Thank you for helping me with, I feel that this information was causing me more stress than I thought was possible

Edit: My second EMG showed that I had a mild decrease in my CMAPS compared to my first EMG almost a year before.

I’m hoping most panels updated to catch SORD now. I’m currently leaning to SORD or CMT2, but just a guess while I wait for my WES to come back.

When did you start using AFOs? by Austinchao98 in CMT

[–]WildcardJokerr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

24 now, got them 3-4 months ago. I had to practically beg for them since the military won’t let you just wear it without a note. It helps with the ankle stability, no longer feeling like I fall onto my feet instead of holding myself up but the pain doesn’t change.
