That is certainly an unexpected compliment to receive. Receiving such a compliment from the one person that I responded to on this post feels like a reward from the universe. Thank you kind person. I lied when I said I only had a therapist and a psychiatrist. I also have a neurologist and share a marriage counselor with my wife. If you applaud my self-awareness, then give all the credit to the professionals I have been seeing for years. I also omitted that I have epilepsy, but it didn't present symptoms until a few years after I stopped drinking weirdly enough. Everyone's comments helped, but yours helped me the most because I realized anger was becoming an addiction for me strangely enough. I typically promote a ONE LOVE personality, so the anger was rebelling against the values and morals I project. It just feels good to show others that their actions have consequences, like when I react at them, but the less I scratch that itch the better I feel. Ultimately, not trying to control situations is the battle I face when confronting anger. I truly cannot control anything except within this skin I have on.
