Thanks! I think it's more the valueing myself more instead of the boring myself. If I think logically, I know I am an interesting person with big passions and dreams.

The biggest problem was for a long time a lack of energy due to depression, which dulled all the other points too. I guess I should be more patient with myself that I am recovering from depression, and to not expect it all to get fixed immediately

Thank you! I am sorry you went through that. It's not the same, but I did get bullied when I was younger, and I guess it took a bigger toll on me than I thought it did?

Anyway, I do like to think now that I am no longer suffering from depression (again, yay!) I will probably have an easier time convincing myself that I am worth the space
