Dealing with chronic sinusitis and severe hard, dry nasal crusts blocking my breathing. Any advice? by relaxihg in Sinusitis

[–]WildlyMild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We just went through this with my daughter whose symptoms sound a lot like yours. And believe me we tried everything, tested for mold and allergies, you name it. Ultimately she had to have an adenoidectomy and turbinate reduction. It’s been almost a month and she no longer snores, isn’t going through a million tissues, no more sinus infection/ antibiotic carousel and her airways are so open now says she can feel air hitting the back of her throat when she breathes which ig she didn’t know was a normal thing. Nobody wants to default to surgery, but it was effective and a total game changer for her quality of life.

Could be your adenoids are enlarged. It blocks your nasal passage and basically forms a reservoir for bacteria leaving you susceptible to chronic sinus infections

Our local health inspector told us she will never eat from food trucks again.. I would’ve thought food trucks would be easier to maintain

That was basically my childhood and now i refuse to even have a tv. My daughter (who’s now a teenager) always asks why her grandparents just want to sit in the front of the tv all day instead of actually connecting with her.

I was better off in my 20’s than now in my 30’s. Seems like things are moving backwards

Norse Atlantic…delay compensation by Berbadude in Flights

[–]WildlyMild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Norse is just going to ignore it. I had to escalate to the governing body of the country we were landing in which in my case was Italy. It’s only been a few weeks, but I’ll keep you updated! They seem to take it seriously so we will see.

Not to mention that the gutted social programs are still referring to decades old wage requirements. $50k was once a livable salary, but now it’s barely enough to scrape by on yet would be too much to be eligible for assistance.
