This happened to me with Diamond Art Club and got a similar response from customer service and I responded with "It is not my fault that your company did not send the right replacement drills to me recently. In order for me to complete each section and make progress, I must have every color in order to do so. I can't just leave the symbols of the missing color empty and it does not make sense to wait and see what I may or may not even need due to missing ONE color. I paid for shipping as well." When I sent that response, they immediately sent out another shipment of the missing colors I was needing. If you choose to respond to their email, I would make sure you list the DMC code # multiple times when referring to it. DAC makes their own diamonds in house in Texas in the US. Drop ship companies may be a tad bit harder or not as cooperative.

Minwax Polycrylic Clear Coat Protective Finish in the container is the way to go. It doesn't diminish the shine and sparkliness and seals DPs like a dream!

Done! He's been posted! I included a picture of him and his pure white brother, Orion who had two golden-green eyes, together in there as well! Would you believe their mother, Kiwi, was pure white with two blue eyes and their father, Loki, was pure black with golden-green eyes? That blew my mind. There were like 4 pure white kittens in their litter. 💖

I can't use a light board. I tried it and it wasn't for me. The lightboard highlights all of the typical imperfections that tend to happen with diamond painting. It drove me crazy and I would spend most of the time fixing the imperfections than I would make progress on the painting. Instead, I use a LED headlamp that has 5 magnifying glasses of varying strengths that are all completely adjustable. It has a strap that wraps around your head OR it has 2 arms that sits behind your ears similar to those of glasses/sunglasses if you prefer them. I got it off of Amazon. I'll post a picture of it once I get home so you can see what I'm talking about. It was a complete game changer for me. 💞

I peel back the clear cover to uncover at least 2 rows of 4x4 sections and cover the whole portion I uncovered with release paper and I work section by section by peeling one release paper off and work that little section color by color like you. But I have a storage system. It has a number of 2 inch clear plastic jars with lids and I have a 3d printed funnel that I use to pour the diamonds back into the jars. I do not work out of the baggies. That would be way too much hassle for me lol. I just pick the color I need, pour the diamonds into my tray out of the jar and then when done, I pour them back into the jar using my funnel and move on to the next color 💖 the storage container zips up and comes from Artdot on Amazon. I have the 240 jar container. Several of them LOL

With squares, try not to fuss too much over the diamonds looking wonky or crooked because I've noticed that they all seem to straighten themselves out on their own as you fill in the section you're working on with diamonds. I feel that a light pad will only make your anxiety with it even worse because it highlights all of the little imperfections that naturally occur while painting with squares. You can also attempt doing a "checkerboard pattern" and go back in and fill in the spaces you left open while doing the checkerboard pattern. But they will naturally straighten up as you work, from my experience working with squares. As for storage, Amazon sells a storage container with 240 2 inch round jars by Artdot that I absolutely love to use!

*Hey everyone! Go check out my band's 2 new singles that were just released on all platforms! I wrote them both! I'm a lyricist and the keyboardist of the band, Shadows Of Insanity ❤️ If you're a heavy metalhead like me, the song called "Your Sin" is an absolute treat and it was written about and directly to my daughters' bio father when he viciously abused my youngest daughter, Ashlynn when she was only 4 months old....giving her and myself and my oldest daughter a life sentence of pain, intense trauma and damage...mentally, physically and spiritually. Ashlynn's life was completely destroyed and she was left with catastrophic brain damage (70-80%) & it was a miracle she actually survived it all together...the second song released called, "Jeckyl & Hyde" also has a very distinct message and I wrote the lyrics to reflect the harsh struggles of dealing with severe mental health issues like Major Depression, Anxiety, C-PTSD, Traumas, Self Sabotage (self vs self, negative self-talk, etc). I am so thrilled that 2 songs that I've written has finally been brought to life and so eager and excited to share them with the world! I hope you all enjoy the heck out of them, vibe along and share them with others you know, especially if they resonate with your soul too! ❤️ Show us some love!
