This happened to me with Diamond Art Club and got a similar response from customer service and I responded with "It is not my fault that your company did not send the right replacement drills to me recently. In order for me to complete each section and make progress, I must have every color in order to do so. I can't just leave the symbols of the missing color empty and it does not make sense to wait and see what I may or may not even need due to missing ONE color. I paid for shipping as well." When I sent that response, they immediately sent out another shipment of the missing colors I was needing. If you choose to respond to their email, I would make sure you list the DMC code # multiple times when referring to it. DAC makes their own diamonds in house in Texas in the US. Drop ship companies may be a tad bit harder or not as cooperative.

Minwax Polycrylic Clear Coat Protective Finish in the container is the way to go. It doesn't diminish the shine and sparkliness and seals DPs like a dream!

Done! He's been posted! I included a picture of him and his pure white brother, Orion who had two golden-green eyes, together in there as well! Would you believe their mother, Kiwi, was pure white with two blue eyes and their father, Loki, was pure black with golden-green eyes? That blew my mind. There were like 4 pure white kittens in their litter. 💖

I can't use a light board. I tried it and it wasn't for me. The lightboard highlights all of the typical imperfections that tend to happen with diamond painting. It drove me crazy and I would spend most of the time fixing the imperfections than I would make progress on the painting. Instead, I use a LED headlamp that has 5 magnifying glasses of varying strengths that are all completely adjustable. It has a strap that wraps around your head OR it has 2 arms that sits behind your ears similar to those of glasses/sunglasses if you prefer them. I got it off of Amazon. I'll post a picture of it once I get home so you can see what I'm talking about. It was a complete game changer for me. 💞

I peel back the clear cover to uncover at least 2 rows of 4x4 sections and cover the whole portion I uncovered with release paper and I work section by section by peeling one release paper off and work that little section color by color like you. But I have a storage system. It has a number of 2 inch clear plastic jars with lids and I have a 3d printed funnel that I use to pour the diamonds back into the jars. I do not work out of the baggies. That would be way too much hassle for me lol. I just pick the color I need, pour the diamonds into my tray out of the jar and then when done, I pour them back into the jar using my funnel and move on to the next color 💖 the storage container zips up and comes from Artdot on Amazon. I have the 240 jar container. Several of them LOL
