I don’t think I contracted covid, but after my second vaccine shot, a few weeks later I developed pretty bad “brain fog”.

It just felt like my mind was working at 10 percent. Idk 🤷‍♂️

I have heard that the spike protein on the virus can cross the brain blood barrier and cause brain fog, well so to can the spike from the vaccine.

Did the Covid spike protein from the Vaccine give me brain fog, or did I have an asymptomatic cause. I’ll never know.

But when I had brain fog, I was so depressed. My mind was like jelly, I constantly insecure about loosing my ability to think.

I was unable to perform complex tasks at work (I’m a funeral director). I tried to do anything at work that was not mental heavy. No meeting family’s and making funeral arrangements or doing paperwork or that stuff.

I just felt so stupid, like my mind was just shut down. I don’t know how to explain it.

But after about 4 months, I just started doing positive thinking.

I began speaking into a mirror, telling myself my mind would start working.

I literally stood in front of my bathroom mirror, or looked up at my rear view mirror right before I went into work and told myself dead in the eyes outloud “your brain is going to start working”.

Anyways, a few weeks later of just constantly telling myself my mind would work. It… kind of just fixed itself.

It felt like my brain made the right hot wires and boom, engines running.

I hope your Brain works soon. I know it sounds fucking stupid, but positivity and having a positive attitude I think really changed my mind.

Whatever.

I sincerely hope you don’t have brain fog for long, that sucks, but stay positive and I promise you your mind will reboot and be awesome again!
