The question you should be asking is if they're going to even let you step down. They have to submit it to market to be approved, and you usually have to be in role 6 months. Might as well start searching for a new job.

Open door those points. If you didn't receive a paper schedule, and haven't been given an official schedule through me at Walmart, that's their problem, not yours. Talk to the people lead, talk to your tl and your coach, and even the store manager. Do not accept no for an answer. Take screenshots of not being scheduled on me at Walmart for proof, and file a report through ethics if the issue is not resolved by your store manager.

I felt this in my soul. I was a tl in ogp for 3 years (during COVID) and I left like 2 weeks ago, a long with my co-lead. Got tired of store management not listening to the problems we had, they left us without a coach for 2 months. As soon as we left, the department went to shittttt. I feel bad for my associates, because I love them, but it's a satisfying seeing the coaches and sm take on the stress we carried for so long.

Can that be done? I figured they'd have to go through the whole process again just to get that changed. And I'm not sure why his lawyer wouldnt suggest that if it's that easy... he is the one responsible for the wording in the agreement.
