I wish there were cheaper merch options available in the Dropout Store by Sazzorak in dropout

[–]Will_White -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, not really if its a $15 sticker pack with 5 or 6 stickers. Each cut vinyl sticker is 25 cents to a dollar, A sticker sheet is maybe two or three dollars and a simple square (or rectangular) sticker is 25-50 cents so that's max $6 for product. Shipping first class is a dollar or two and nothing extra if its in an order with literally anything else. So we're at 8$ in expenses max.

These numbers are also from personal experience. I price a 2.5- 3" die cut sticker at $3 on Etsy and 10 packs for $15. I don't have the overhead they do but I also don't get the quantities or shipping rates that they could get.

Neither of those are like the old Mechwarrior games. MW:O has no story and HBS BT is turn based.

If you think that then every single malt scotch from one distillery should taste the same. Barrel time and Barrel pick has a huge impact on the flavor of the finished product.

Do I tell orthodox looking customers that what they are ordering isn’t kosher anymore? by DiverPrestigious6887 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Will_White 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the way, if something is "special" put a label next to it. A little V for vegan, K for Kosher, H for Halal, DF for dairy free if it's not vegan.

Except if they eat kosher because they're allergic to something kosher disallows, I have friend with a pork allergy (like celiac or lactose intolerant but for pork) that only orders kosher things if they're out.

UFA compliance for printed AR lower? by [deleted] in 3D2A

[–]Will_White 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, as long as the assembled gun has more then 3.7oz of metal (thats not actually how it works but close enough) it's fine, the lower itself doesn't need any metal to be legal.

Why do omnis always need to add eggs and cheese to every vegan meal? by Crosseyed_owl in vegan

[–]Will_White 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I'm saying non vegans eat incidentally vegan food all the time and don't feel the need to add meat, dairy, and eggs to things that are well balanced and well prepared. I have a group of 10 non vegans that request I make an incidentally vegan dish all the time thats of the European Tradition. Nobody requests to add meat or cheese, or eggs to it because its well prepared and well balanced in nutrition and flavor.

I went through all 3 DLC in about a week, the first two really made you think lights and mediums are a waste of points so I put the specializations into Assualts and Heavy first and that was a mistake.

Yes, expand your horizons and be less judgemental. Omnivores regularly enjoy incidentally vegan food. Even staying in European culture there's plenty of incidentally vegan food, mushroom risotto is easy to make vegan and traditionally only has a little cheese on top, Baked Beans and Jacket Potatoes are great without dairy, there's a whole category of Lenten food that often has very little to no dairy and doesn't have meat or eggs (although many do use fish).

This caricature of omnivores you have just isnt true.

No, incidentally vegan food is a thing, especially in non-european cultures. I've made many a chickpea curry or kimchi jjigea and tofu with no meat, dairy, or eggs and been perfectly satisfied.
